The acceptance of proposal and security of date require a 25% deposit based on estimated number of guests and full payment of balance 30 days prior to event. 25% of the deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to event and non refundable within 30 days prior to event. All monies non-refundable within 7 days before date. Reduction in number within 7 days to incur 50% cancellation fee. Camelot Catering charges 18% gratuity on meal and beverage. Camelot Catering accepts cash, check or Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as methods of payment.
